Applies to preparation, hearings, and follow-up.
Daily Fee
$4,000 / Day
Full-day mediation or arbitration, including pre-reading and brief post-hearing follow-up.
Half Day Fee
$2,000 / Session
Half-day session suitable for focused issues or shorter hearings.

Terms of Engagement
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
The required deposit secures your booking and will be credited toward the final invoice. Please note that this payment is non-refundable if the session is cancelled within the designated notice period.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees are applied on a tiered basis depending on the proximity to the scheduled hearing date. These professional charges escalate as the session approaches to account for reserved time and resources.
RESCHEDULING PROTOCOLS
A single rescheduling request is waived if submitted with sufficient prior notice. However, any subsequent changes or late requests will be processed as cancellations and may incur the standard fees.
